- Candidates should note and consider the fact that it is a centralized notification for the appointment of apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act for West Central Railway Unit and Railway Recruitment Cell, 1961, West-Central Railway (RRC / WCR) is the nodal agency for processing ONLINE application form candidates. And prepare their merit list. No other procedure for submission of an application will be accepted.
